Markets did not reject AI demand on 10/30. They repriced the cash-flow credibility of AI spending. The Nasdaq fell 2.86%, and the Philadelphia Semiconductor Index fell 7.2%. Regeneron rose 13.3% and Eli Lilly hit a record high. The thesis of abundance from AI, robotics, space and biotech stands, but the briefing says multiples now follow free cash flow, not growth.

- 688062:SSE (Maiwei Biotech): Left the pool. Latest quarterly revenue fell 33.6% year on year, which fails the tightened hard threshold.
- BKSY:NYSE (BlackSky): Stayed in. Path multiple is 6.9x. Earnings on 11/5 test the veto condition of at least 25% revenue growth.
