What I'm doing now

• MakanCloud: the Singapore F&B SaaS is live with paying stores; currently shipping the finance module and a remote-ops setup for in-store POS.
• The 06:30 Horizon digest: AI news collection → scoring → bilingual summaries, all running on my own laptop (X/Reddit via a logged-in local browser).
• Investment notes: a daily AI / robotics / space / biotech briefing generated headlessly with Claude, with a five-factor view per ticker. Conversation, not advice.
• Building in public: three build-log posts a week, assembled by a content engine from my own AI-collaboration logs.

Reading / thinking about

• Which parts of a SaaS can one person plus AI agents really own end to end? So far: everything except walking into the store to install the printer.
• Should a personal site be a digital garden or a news machine? This version tries to be both.
